I am using Samsung Galaxy M51. I am facing USB related issues in my phone. My device is not connecting with laptop and does not connected reverse charging. Whenever I connect my phone with laptop, my laptop cannot detect my phone.

While the laptop can detect other phones.

My data cable is also fine. It does not even charging my phone. I cannot even charge my phone. I cannot transfer my files to my laptop as the laptop is unable to find the phone. And my phone cannot connected reverse charging also. When I connected another phone from my data cable it's work. My phone is not connected. 

This interface shown. When I select this device, automatically connected connective device.

And another option had been disable. I cannot connected other options. 

🙏🏻please tell me possible solution as soon as possible.

Can you see the option like u have on your screen when you connect your phone to laptop? And once try restarting your phone as well as Laptop.

Yes, when I connect my phone to laptop the picture above is shown but I cannot transfer my files to laptop_phone. As the option is hazy
