Galaxy MAll data cables can charge the devices but not all charging cables can transfer the data, kindly try with another cable.

Galaxy M2.USB Settings on Phone: In addition to Developer Mode, check the USB settings on your Samsung M34. Go to Settings > Connections > USB Connection to ensure it's set to Transfer Files (MTP).
3.Update Drivers: Ensure that your Windows 10 PC has the latest USB drivers installed. You can do this through Device Manager by right-clicking on the USB controller and selecting "Update driver."
4.Different Cable: Try using a different Type A to Type C cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.
