In Samsung galaxy M11 the notification history is not working properly from last many months but earlier I waited a long for Android 12 update but after that also it keeps on crashing on opening only. Please do something for it. In Android 12 it has much more bugs after 1 small software update also.

Notification history is crashing from last many months so I thought that this device is going to get Android 12 so I waited appx 2-3 months but it's been more than a month after getting Android 12 and after Android 12 update it recieved 1 more update and till now it's crashing like it was doing earlier.

First of fall go to support in this app and send feedback and issues to samsung because if I tell u some tips there's is no guarantee that it will work

Clear app data and then try. Hope this may help. Below is the process

1 => Click on recents button
2 => Click on app icon
3 => Click on app info
4 => Click on storage
5 => Click on clear data

I have been using Samsung smartphones from last 6-7 years and in that duration I have used all ther supported Android versions given by Samsung. So I have made all the possible things like clearing cache, clearing data, booting in safe mode and even clearing Android cache from Android recovery boot but nothing happened. So, I want to know is this only my issue or someone else is also facing the same. If someone else is also facing the same then was it corrected and if yes then how? If it's the technical issue then it's my humble request to all the viewers that if you are using Samsung galaxy M11 and sometimes you need to use that notification history then please send ka feedback report to Samsung.
