Heating issue in samsung m35 5g

Hello guys,

I am new to samsung .

I have recently purchased samsung m35 5g 

But I started facing heating issue in my device on the very first day on normal use .

Please suggest me some ways .

Should I visit samsung service centre ?

I faced the same issue with battery drain issue in 1st two weeks but after some days it adopts my uses and now it barely happens.

BTW what type of user are you? This processor doesn't target heavy users like gamers.

I am not a heavy user I just want to use it for day to day task

If your phone touch 36° to 40° so many times, then you should take it seriously otherwise under 36° it is ok. Generally exynos processor have heating issue, you can download "AccuBattery" app to monitor your phones temperature.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. U r using 2 sim both are volte and one is 5g connection then if your phone heat 🥵 🔥 it's OK 👍🏻

Don't download any 3rd party app for battery backup app

U can check it Samsung member app or go to setting then click device care and click diagnostic
