Heating Problem in M21

I am facing extreme heating problem in my M21 device, specially in zoom video call. Any suggestions ??????

If u latest update done do factory reset your device.... may be issues solved...

Once boot your device to safe mode

I tried but nothing happens

Just turn on developer mode and then check running services and if you find any unwanted apps running then stop it

And try to use auto restart feature which is in Device care
