My Galaxy M21 went dead just after 13 months and had to replace motherboard and this happened on its own.phone restarts but never turned on.
I found that a bunch of people came across the same problem but Samsung is reluctant towards their loyal customers. I won't Buy Samsung Again...never!!!
PLEASE like Share this so THAT A Message could be Sent to Samsung FOR THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR

Yes,Because I Had no option.I tried to contact to Samsung, but all useless

Not Samsung customer care it's Samsung Bank.

Yes,true because they even tried to replace the working charging board.

Yes , they said that it would be replaced on paid basis..

If the Samsung is real brand.
They must ask to replace with new device of faulty Phone batch.

They are not even acknowledging the issue. Although they know that phones powered by Exynos 9611 are having this auto restart problem.This is not only with one unit.
