I have seen many complaints regarding M31 hardware issues that the phone is getting restarted and getting stuck on the Samsung Galaxy M31 logo(at the boot stage).
Samsung service center people said this is a Samsung M series family problem and asked me to replace the motherboard.(If that is Samsung's problem then why should I pay?)
