Green line issue samsung m52

I have been having display issue (green line) with my phone. Went to service center told me the cost will be Rs. 7000 approx. While going through online forum i saw that its problem from the samsung end and still dont want to solve issue. Have mailed to the samsung team about this issue, however, instead of looking into the issue they are letting me know its not under warranty and you need to pay it. My only question to them is if i havent done anything to my mobile, then why i should pay for their negligence and insufficient service.

My M52 has 15 green lines. Samsung refuses to replace the screen for me and other users as well even though this is a defective model that was released without adequate testing. Lesson Learnt: Don't ever buy a Samsung product again. We all learn it the hard way. Samsung is the worst.

Well, I got a free Display repare for M52 inspite of having out of warranty. Mail in gmail, talk to them through phones. Ask them repeatedly to raise a complain till it reaches higher teams

I have received 2 calls from the samsung team till now. Asked me about the issue. Now, awaiting their reply.
