Green line issue on Samsung M52 5G

I have been using my Samsung M52 5g for last 1.5 yrs.
Its been 4 days that 1 green line apppeared on my display screen followed by a 2nd one yesterday. Due to workload I was no able to visit service centre but when I did today they told me I will be charged 8k for replacing my display and that to also with 90 days warranty.
I didnt went for any software updates recently nither did I mishandled the phone within this 1.5 yrs.
So the green lines are due to my fault or samsung manufacturing defect??
And if not manufacturing/software defect they why should a large no of similar phone users are facing the issues at the same time??
Recently I heard the are offering free replacement for S series phone with green line issues. But no such policy for midrangers although many(100s and 1000s) of M52 users are facing similar issues.
Samsung is deliberately neglecting the issue.
Whenever a normal user buys a cellphone for 25k-30k they expect it to use it for 3years atleast(If not mishandled by the user himself/herself)
Is samsung only busy in satisfying their flagship users??
Are we midrangers not worthy of their so called "Trust"??

Its been 10yrs since I am using samsung right from
Samsung Duos
Samsung S Duos 2
Samsung Galaxy J6
Samsung Galaxy M52.
Being a "trusted" user for 10yrs samsung think we are not worthy of "trust" as we are not flagship users!!

They replaced it after so much hustle for a "flagship user".
So we midrangers are just like **bleep** to them.
Do you think they will respond to our issues?

Green line issue

Same issue reported myself and lot of other members using M52. Is there any chance to move against samsung legally? Like mass complaint movement in consumer court or other actions like that.

Samsung is responsible for this, and they must take care of it.
