Green line issue on M52 5g screen

Updating my phone in july after 2 days suddenly one green line came to my phone and later they started increasing. Now my phone has more than multiple green pink lines on screen. I went to the service center and they very casually asked me to pay 7800 rupees for display change.

My phone has no kind of damages and only 2.5 years old. It's really very frustrated as i purchased 3 more samsung phones for my family. I have now stopped auto updating phones due to this green line fear.

Very poor brand Samsung, i didn't expected such bad user experience.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Waste of complaining to samsung. Either throw the phone in garbage or go for display replacement by paying. I too facing the same issue for my s22 ultra and not even 2 years of use. I am frustrated and charging me 21k for display replacement. Worst and pathetic service. When these many user are reporting on the issue but they still calling this as a IMPACT or Usage issue. Phone is there to use and they call usage issue... funny..

I encountered green line issues on my Samsung M52 model. Two months ago, I installed a software update on the phone, and shortly after the update, a green line appeared on the display. I reached out to Samsung multiple times to request a replacement, but they refused to replace the display, asking for Rs. 9,000 to fix it. They also claimed that no other users with this model had reported similar issues.

If you are facing the same green line issue after the update, I urge you to tag Samsung on social media and file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Even if you've already paid for a display replacement, please still file a complaint. The more people who raise this issue, the better the chances of getting a resolution from Samsung or NCH.

I’m reaching out to share my frustrating experience with my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. Recently, a pink line suddenly appeared on the screen. I took it to the customer service center, where they confirmed that there’s no physical damage—no scratches or anything on the screen.


They informed me that this issue was caused by a faulty update from Samsung, but despite this, they refuse to replace the display for free. To make matters worse, I’ve tweeted multiple times and sent emails to customer care, but they aren’t replying or offering any help.


It’s incredibly disappointing to see a major company not stand behind their product when it’s clearly a software issue on their end. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? What steps did you take? I’m considering my options moving forward, as this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Samsung.

Green line issue is a samsung scam. I had facing this issue after update .but his **bleep** customer support said that we have to pay. Why we dhould pay fot this problem if this issue is from their side. His escalation team **bleep** they said that submit your phone in service center and we will see ,after 15 days they said u have to pay.
I asked them to provide the written .but no one replied my mail.
They are saying that he is ceo of this company. We cannot esclate our issue in top management.

Better to buy any Chinese phone but donot buy cheap level SAMSUNG phone. PHONE.

My phone has no kind of damage and only 2 years old. I'm very disappointed and I have already running 3 samsung phones just like note 20 ultra, m52, note 10 plus. I didn't expected this problem.
