Green line issue M52 5G. visited service center and talk to Cs team no solution.

Green line on display in the morning. Visit service center and show the phone. They said they no damage on rhe phone and take photo to upload . Told Me to contact customer care for support. After talking to them nearly 1 hour they are saying it's not because of software update. They have no option to replace this model. They just try to blame us for this issue. Its happened some physical damage. They added not yet received any complaints for this model. I told them to check samsung members platform before confirm it.But customer service center agreed that any damage on the phone and it's a clean peace. 
Hope for a solution from samsung.

Drop a mail to support.india@samsung.com. take strong Followup. Samsung has very good customer policy. They will provide u solution if ur problem is genuine.

It's my personal experience. Got two devices changed...one book 3 and one note 8.

If there is a scratch / dent due to the physical damage, they deny warranty straight away. This is a common practice among all companies now. Even while exchanging device on flipkart, they reduce value for even a hairline scratch anywhere on the phone.

Samsung Service head kept telling me there is no M52 user complained about display issue, i am only one who complained

Same issue reported myself and lot of other members using M52. Is there any chance to move against samsung legally? Like mass complaint movement in consumer court or other actions like that.

Samsung is responsible for this, and they must take care of it.
