After a security update on 15th June...I faced a deem line on the middle of the screen of my phone (SAMSUNG GALAXY M52 5G)...The issue was not so highlited that is why I didn't visit the Service Centre. But yesterday while using the phone a sudden green line appeared on my screen. There was no fall damage or any dent. I visited Service Centre and they gave me a solution of paid service worth 7100 ( screen replacement). As I didn't had any fault and the issue raised on the screen automatically. They asked me to contact customer care...and generate Jobsheet, which I did so. As a trustable big brand this thing was not expectable.

It's a humble request to the SAMSUNG to look after this issue as soon as possible.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have visited the Service Centre today. They are asking for paid service. As I don't have any fault from my side, after explaining them they generated a jobsheet for my complaint. Now let see when I get the solution.

I hv also visited the service centre with the same issue on jan24. But still they didn't response. Today again i talked with the samsung helpline and they replied there is no any official statement for this issue. Now only 1 option to go consumer court.
