Dear Samsung Community Support,

           Recently, I noticed a green line appearing on the display of my Samsung M52 5G. It's important to note that I have not caused any physical damage to the device; the green line appeared suddenly without any external factors. Concerned about this issue, I promptly reached out to Samsung support and visited a Samsung service center for assistance.

To my disappointment, I was informed that the solution to this problem would involve a display replacement, which comes with a cost of approximately 8000. However, I believe that this issue might be more related to software rather than hardware, as my phone is otherwise functioning perfectly fine.

I am reaching out to the Samsung community in hopes of finding a resolution to this matter. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this green line issue on my Samsung M52 5G. If there are any software fixes or alternative solutions that could be explored before resorting to a display replacement, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I faced same issue on my S22 Ultra. Visited service center, got phone checked and they tell me I have to pay 14,000 for replacement of the display. Meanwhile One Plus is offering lifetime replacement for same issue.

I tried all options, including Samsung customer care, service center, writing to service head, generating error report.

All have standard reply. To repair phone by paying 14000. I have not gotten it repaired as I feel it is ridiculously unfair. This is a known issue faced by multiple customers, yet they cannot support their loyal customers.

I got free screen replacement with 403 rs service charge by following these steps

Forst mail to this id your concern

support.india@samsung.com


They will call you and tell you will not get this facility you have to pay

Then mail this ID

servicehead.in@samsung.com

And escate issue and speak
