My phone got auto updated before a month approx and yesterday my phone started getting green line in display while using WhatsApp, without having any physical impact or shock. As my phone is out of warranty i have to replace the scree which will costs 6600/- here at Ahmedabad.
Is samsung phone's are designed to work nearby warrant period or 1.5 to 2 years only?
Donwe need to buy only Samsung S series phone for better quality and customer support ?
Some solution is expected from prestigious company like Samsung.
What to do now ?
Free screen replacement/ 50-50 payment option etc. all are accepted.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. Meanwhile use 60 Hz.refresh rate of display.
