Guys, never buy these samsung products, I had bought samsung galaxy m52 5g on 2022 October, on 9th Feb it got an green Vertical Lines, after just 2 days of software update this line came out. The phone has no phisical damage. Sumsung support is not accepting their fault of software updates , they're simply asking me to get display replaced by paying charges as it's out of warranty, so many people are facing same issue of green lines still samsung is not taking responsibility and if this continues guys just stop buying their products then they'll understand the value of customers

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I went to customer care, they said it's a software caused green line and they checked my device and there's no physical damages. But since it's a mid range model samsung is not worrying much because if mid range people suffer samsung won't get affected they thought if every mid range smart phones of them stop getting sold them they'll understand the value of customers, even whatever I do they'll simply ask us to go to customer care and they say it's against company policy and it's not replaceable although it's their fault for rolling out such software updates today they may not understand but one day if any good company came and starts to compete with them they'll understand if all users stop using samsung products

If you're in my situation you would have understood how it feels and will it make sense to repair display by paying 9l for 21 k mobile? If there's no physical damages nor its fallen from anywhere just few minutes after update howvyhe mobile started heating? It's not just me alone just check in this community app itself many users are facing same issue for same model m52 and also s series f an a series and I'm a student leave it, when your own mobile get's this green lines and companies won't help for thier software update causes then you'll understand until then keep repeating same visit service centre again and again

I would like to pay if i had damaged the phone but why users should pay when several devices got the same lines on update? You guys know about this still won't disclose this anywhere

If it has caused only to my device then it's my fault I may agree but why most of the users are getting same issue?
