Green Line on M52 5G

I have been using samsung galaxy M52 5Gfor the past 1.5yrs. But 2 weeks back green line appeared on the screen while I was using the phone. Now there is another line on the screen. Attached the Images.

I had sent an email to samsung ceo on this issue. After checking the phone they are saying that the display cannot be changed freee of cost since there is a small scratch on the back cover.

 It's been only 1.5 yrs and the screen is faulty. Also they are asking around ₹9k for replacing the panel which has only 3 months of warranty.

With these issue I have decided to switch to another brand and won't be replacing the display.

Dissapointed with the products and services offered by samsung. Decided to stay away from all samsung products in the future.

This is only for s20 and note 20..i talked with cuatomer support for 30 mins and they are saying there is no issue on m52

Now i have created a case in consumer court  its free of charge as product price is under 1L
