Dear Samsung Support Team,
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for almost a decade. My first phone in 2015 was a Samsung, and since then I have purchased multiple Samsung devices and recommended them to my friends and family. In August 2022, I purchased the Samsung M52, which is my 5th Samsung phone.
The device has been working well for the past three years. However, a month ago, a green line suddenly appeared on my screen. I visited your service center, and I was informed that the screen needs to be replaced at a cost of ₹9,600. I was extremely disappointed to hear this because my phone has been well taken care of, has no physical damage, and yet this issue appeared.
Now, just today, I have noticed two additional lines appearing on the screen. This situation is very concerning. My usual practice is to use a phone for 2–3 years and then pass it on to my parents. I was even planning to buy a Galaxy S24 Ultra or S25 for myself and give this M52 to my parents. But after this experience, I am reconsidering whether I should continue with Samsung or move to another brand like Apple or OnePlus.
This issue has deeply impacted my trust in Samsung. If a similar problem occurs in a flagship device worth over ₹1,00,000, it would be a huge loss for the customer. I request a clear and satisfactory resolution for my M52 issue. Otherwise, Samsung risks losing a long-standing loyal customer.
I sincerely hope Samsung values its customers and offers a fair solution in this matter.
