I bought Galaxy M52 5G before 9 days , since day I am facing mic issues and problem during calls; I can hear the one who is contacting me whereas in some point he/she lost me for and can't hear my voice.
I tried to reset and contacted Samsung agent nothing is working for sorry.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc.
2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)
Check device volume settings
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Sound & vibration.
Step3: Tap on Volume.
Step4: Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.
Clear Sound picker data
Step1: Got to Settings
Step2: Apps
Step3: Filter and sort
Step4: Enable "Show system apps"
Step5: Tap "OK"
Step6: Search Sound Picker
Step7: Tap on storage
Step8: clear data of Sound picker.

Galaxy MI had Brought M52 but Have done all the setting all the things suggested every where, on your website done all the soft ware updates everything is done but the ic problem is still there Had purchased it in Oct 2021, since then there are issues, Did all the thiings but no use. I was a bit late to return the product so have to live with it. I did not find any promising thing which will sort out the problem. I can hear my wife when she speaks but when my daughter speaks its not heard.
After paying so much of money getting such a product is very sad.

Hi,
On October 3, I bought Samsung Galaxy M52 5g from Amazo.in. I used it for a couple of months and then it stopped working.
I went to the service center in Bhimavaram. They didn’t log in the complaint but they said that they have to manually update and all data will be lost. I had no other option and hence opted for it. After that, it worked fine. I wasted another 3 days re-launching all my apps and setting passwords for banking apps etc.
In a couple of weeks, the complaint repeated. The microphone would slowly stop catching the voice and then suddenly stopped. This time I did a factory reset. It worked again fine. But this time I didn’t use the mobile until I got a new update. In March or April after the 4.0 UI and android 12 update has come I started using it.
But again in June, the complaint was repeated. It will work if a Bluetooth headset is connected but without that phone or microphone doesn’t work. I called customer care. That guy asked me to go to customer care and get a manual software update. I said that I had already done it once and factory reset twice. But that uy asked me to log in a complaint again.
I got vexed and posted it in the Samsung members forum. There on June 16, I received a mail advising me to reset the phone, and I did. The phone worked fine. But now in 20 days, I got the same problem again.

I faced the same problem, and this is how it got resolved
I tried the Samsung Tutor App.
The executive accessed my phone online and She said that she was doing "Clearing Storage of the Sound"
And after that my microphone is working fine.
