Galaxy M51 Charging Issue

Recently my phone has a weird charging issue:

1. Not taking charge from original charger. Also the charger is fine and charging other devices.

2. Phone not taking charge from MI charger as well as my dad's galaxy M31 15 watt charger.

3. Phone taking proper charger from a local ERD charger and is charging on slow pace till 100.

4. Phone taking charge when I am connecting it to USB through laptop.

5. Its also taking proper current of 1.8-2.0 Amp when tested on a machine so the port of the phone is working fine.

Final verdict : phone port is fine and charger is fine it's just they are not working with each other. On taking to customer care they told its a software bug and told me to visit service center.

Another problem I saw was after some time there was a popup showing that USB device connected and then disconnected frequently.

Someone please tell me any solution.

Same issue with my mother's phone.
Ek solution try kiya maine USBsetting ka clear cache krne wala. But it's not working anymore.

Bhai J7 prime ke charger ke charge kr rha hu ab. Koi solution ny mila mujhe bhi abhi tk. Aapko mile toh update krna please.

Yha service ka kuch issue h centre shift hui h aur location pta ny h abhi

Guys, never charge your phone with others phone charger of duplicate chargers always use your genuine charger.
Otherwise you will face this kind of issues. Sometimes this issue raises due to different reasons.
May be its your charging port issue.not 100% sure first tell the Customer care representative for software update check is it working or not then. 2nd tell them to check usb port.
Bcz fraud people can take advantage from this situation it may be a simple issue but they will say no it's a motherboard or some other issue and they will cost u more. So be alert ⚠️
