Sound Assistant app not supported

Why Sound Assistant app by Samsung Electronics is not supported on my device Samsung Galaxy M21???? I have bought Samsung device and it should give me access to Samsung's popular apps like Sound Assistant. This is truly disappointing. 

Kindly provide support for Sound Assistant app as soon as possible on Galaxy M21.

As your device runs on core ui, so it has limited features..but very hard to find logical reasoning behind this

there is no logical reason. It is just foolishness of Samsung employees. Having Core ui doesn't justify the lack of basic customization like sound enhancements.

no sir why am use 3rd part aap. for sound u know samaung sound assistent. is better than. any aap because of concert hall option. is here. sir i request u plz add sound assistent of next updated...

same here, but not for M21.
I got A02s, and I really need to install sound assistant, but its not supported. XD

I cant even listen to music with a straight sound. sound goes up and down at high lvl
this device is not user friendly.
