Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue which you are facing with speaker :-
1) Disconnect all accessories like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc.
2) Check device volume settings:- Settings > Sound & vibration > Volume.
3) Check mute all sound option;- Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled0.
If issue still persists kindly send us the error log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence.
Steps: Samsung member > get help > Error reports > Select Symptom > describe problem > Send.
