Hi, I have bought Samsung Galaxy M32 mobile for my uncle on 22-05-2022 near my area Samsung authorised store (Pinnacle incorporation),Yelahanka, Bangalore. In the past 7 month, he has used the mobile only for speaking with family persons that too Whats app call & Normal call. He never handled the mobile roughly. He is not even installed other Applications than inbuilt. Last week suddenly he has seen the issue in display like screen discoloration problem. First it has started in pink colour, slowly changed to blue colour. It's keep on increased day by day (Refer attached Images). Actually I love Samsung, My old mobile is Galaxy M30 & Currently I am using the Samsung F62 and my brother also using Samsung note 10. We only suggested my uncle to buy the Samsung mobile. Last Thursday, I went to the Samsung service center in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. We explained our issues and shown the mobile. But I'm really disappointed on their response. They told that its because of impact damage and it's not cover under warranty. It's not fair. By seeing itself we can assure that there is no physical damage like dent & scratch marks on the screen ( Find the mobile image display On & Off condition) Samsung galaxy M32 display is coming with drop-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and it's a AMOLED display. If it facing the issue in the normal usage, As a manufacturer engineer, now I am doubtful on Samsung products manufacturing quality. Totally un satisfies with Samsung support. We pay extra money to buy Samsung phone because of it's durability and good service. After seeing the Samsung center support, Now we can't trust the Samsung brand. In future I won't buy any Samsung product & I won't even going to suggest my friends and relatives.
