My Samsung galaxy M31s got firmware update on 7th Dec 2021. After getting updated phone is creating issue of Echoing in video calls in mediums such as Whatsapp, Facebook messenger, Google meet, Zoom etc. Now a days most of everyone's work is going online and personally I have to work on video calls everyday minimum around 8 hours. It creates trouble while working, customers are hearing their voice back. I have updated all applications from playstore. Still echo issue is not getting solved in video calls. Tried Safe mode as well but no improvement.
Request to samsung to solve this bug in firmware update.
Lot of customers are facing the same issue after last update. Please kindly help if anyone can do anything regarding the same.

I'm also using Samsung Galaxy M31S , and facing the same difficulty. For me even on the normal call the caller is hearing the ECHO. Requesting SAMSUNG to kindly look into the issue

Please people facing same issue keep putting hashtags to display on Samsung server to improve it asap.. post maximum complaints whoever is facing it.. Because issue becomes untolerable for online workers who have video calls in routine.. Please #samsung improve the problem and send update immediately regarding the same issue 🙏🏼

Got new update with solution of above problem. Finally issue is solved. Whoever is finding problem in video call, please go to software update and search update and install it

I am still having the problem. Cant get newer version.  it says the one i have is the last update. Which was on 16 dec.

I have check that we are not alone. Lot of user facing the same problem. However i tried all kind of networks but till the same. This is specific to video call i think. If i make normal audio call or make a video recording/ make a audio recording all looks good. So this is not a hardware problem. I am currently updated to android 12. All app updated. This is specific problem while on video call via any app. Voice cracking other party cant hear me properly. Though i can hear them clearly. So i am guessing what to do now
