No I didn't have any restart issue...just found the app opens a bit more faster and battery drain got a bit less...
Hoping to get better performance after One UI 4.0 update on coming May 22.

It's been 15 days since the update... I've only seen one change specifically...the app bug during opening is fixed (like loading of app while opening is faster) battery is draining bit less compared to previously, due to app optimization I guess.
