Dear Samsung,
My phone was remotely checked by Samsung tutor. Still problem not resolved. Issue is not with whatsapp software.

Whatsapp has stated that they are not responsible for issues arising out of dual messenger.

1) At the time of Status update in WhatsApp Showing below error if do some editing in picture.


⚠️Couldn't load this photo. Please try again.

2) while sending image direct from camera to someone showing below error.

The file format is not supported
