Galaxy M31 battery issue

I seem to not get a great battery life which was promised with 6000 mah battery. It's hardly a day's usage. Is it normal? When I run battery diagnostics from Device Care - Optimize now, I hardly see any draining issues. But screen on time is equivalent to any 4000 mah battery phone. Can anybody 

else share the results? I don't like Samsung's way of showing screen on time. It starts counting everyday, instead SOT should be counted from last full charge. For example - SOT started counting today morning and I also charged upto 96% . Now it's at already 55%(see screenshot).

I am also having same battery issue. In normal use getting only one day. I was using Vivo Z1x earlier which was having only 4500 mah and getting 2 days in normal use. Samsung do something.....

Same issue for me also.. Battery got drained within 12hours with minimum usage... Whats the Solution for this?

yes ,i abrought this phone 3 days ago,i have facing same problem battery dairn very fast not like 6000mah baterry
and also have heating issue on calling .
altough this is my first samsung device but i totaly disappointed by performance.

samsung m31 battery drain is a real issue. any update for battery stabilization??

don't think so.. I think we must live with it until Sammy gets serious and does something.. 😃

users must tag samsung more on Twitter and also post here. Until a certain number of customers complain, samsung won't do anything. Amazon has even blocked the option of review m31. otherwise the reviews would go below 3 stars by now.
