My phone (Galaxy M31) has started bleeding. A purple patch/smudge has started forming  and it's growing rapidly. My phone is under warranty, nearly 6 month is left. I would like to know whether it is software or hardware problem and it can be fixed ??? IMG_20210711_141824.jpg

This is a hardware issue caused due to accidental damage and is not covered under warranty. You will have to pay for display replacement.

But I am 100% sure, I never fall or put any pressure on the screen. I attended a call and then within a minute a purple patches appear. Is it possibly manufactured fault ???

No, this is not possible without any kind of damage. Not a manufacturing defect.

I am 100% sure it's not my fault. When I woke up at morning and attend a call, at that time my screen was fine, just within a minute the purple patches appeared on screen. How it's possible.

Hello Mr. Anikroyale,

Do you think samsung consumer are fools and you just write "No, this is not possible without any kind of damage. Not a manufacturing defect." I am also sufferings same issue. We are using not you and we are sure about our phone. This is not fair practice by a big brand Samsung. Accept all these related complains in this regard under warranty because this is really true issue. If my problem not got solved I will complained to the higher authority or consumer court. My phone is just 3 months old and you people are making us fool.

Regards

Can you get affected by a virus without the virus actually entering your body? No. It is absolutely not possible for a display to exert bleeding without an external stimulus.

This is a manufacturing defect. I have replaced my screen 4 times, and the same issue keeps happening. There is no hardware damage.
