Galaxy M30s board issue and Galaxy M31 network issue

Samsung Galaxy M30s was my first phone that have posed issue after one year of usage. Phone automatically restarted and stuck on logo. Service centre technical member told its the board issue that can be fixed after replacing at a cost of Rs 7 to 8k. Iam not the only member that have faced that issue their are many people who faced the same problem.  I have no choise so i purchased another phone M31 which still iam using it. But i feel it also have same problem. As of now its in warranty, but still i have faced many issue regarding mobile network which keeps on fluctuating during its usage. VLTE network of Jio istantly go during the call and VI internet automatically went off.  I dont know exact reason of the issue but i want samsung company to do some board testing of these M series model with Exynos 9611. Samsung is a well trusted brand among the world other brand they should see the consumers problem and need to resolve it as early as possible. If the same problem resist then i have to switch my interest from samsung smartphone to other brand. Even ill recommend other the same who want to buy a new smartphone. I request samsung to rectify the problem with the existing model of M series with 9611 processor

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.

Software is not optimised well for Exynos 9611.
They are not testing updates.

It is because of last buggy software update, change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again. Even Brand ambassadors including @CrazyBoy28 raised this on senior level, but Samsung ignored them, what can we do apart from never choosing samsung again and giving them lesson in form of dropping fown sales.
