Freezing issue how to fix

My phone screen froze a little time and auto restarting.  What's the promblem please tell me how to fix

Did it start happening after android 11 update?

Yea . But not the 1st time . Now iam seeing that frequently

Ok, can u do a reset? not a factory reset a reset
Steps are
1)open settings
2) click on general management
3) click on reset
4) click on reset (your wifi connections will be resrtted to their defaults)

You send the diagnostic message to samsung. Clean the cache of the phone and restart it. It should work normally.

Check your internal storage. Also if there are useless apps remove them. Generally when we fill theb internal storage to the brim this type of things happen as the ram starts consuming alot of load. Just check

I checked ✔ there is no more big usages of storage
