Freezing and auto restart issue

MY PHONE SAMSUNG GALAXY M21 

is freezing and restarting automatically 

Not able to understand what happened with my phone

Don't worry
I am also facing the same issue.
Mother board complaint.
First, do a board service.
It will cost around ₹236/-.
If the problem persists, need to change the board. (Around ₹6200/- for 6x128 GB)
Better write to Samsung India service head.

I guess most of the m series users r getting this issue still there is no solution for it 🙁🙁🙁motherboard replacement we can't be sure this ll work 😨

Same issue for my M21 as well. Don't think it's a hardware issue and waiting for a software update that fixes it.😐

Heys guys day before yesterday I have performed wipe cache partition , after that my mobile phone works normal and fast .. Automatic restart problem didn't occurred till now .. I hope it's fixed ..now u guys should also do the same u can watch the video on youtube on how to wipe cache partition hope this helps ..hurry up do this and let me know if it worked for u .
