Freeze, bootloop, Homelogo freeze, Motherboard replacement

My m31s freezing at homelogo.I have tried everything but issue remains the same.Customer service center told me to replace motherboard which costs Rs.8500. In a span of 14 months Samsung motherboard needs replacement. What if replaced motherboard didn't work well after 90 days. Why does Samsung motherboard need replacement soon? I am not the only one to face this issue.What have done Samsung to resolve this problem. Samsung is deceiving customers Samsung is using third grade motherboard in its smartphone. Why should customer replace motherboard with his money. My phone has no external damage, never used other charger, no water contact, up to date software, then how does motherboard got corrupt in such a short span of time??
