Freeze and restart problem in M30S

My M30s phone is frequently freezing and restarting from the past two days. It's very irritating. What's the possible solution for it? Is anyone facing this issue?

toward error report the wouldn't reply but they will work on it. however if u send them as feedback then you will get reply within a week

as you said same problem in safemode too, that's mean this is system issue.

You are facing issues in safe mode too.. And restarts is related to boot partition and kernel. So formatting also doesn't help. Only thing you can do is to visit service center for reflashing software. Even if you face after reflashing then it might be motherboard issue but generally won't...

Restart Problem is Found across several Samsung devices irrespective of A, M and S Series ! 


It's because of Firmware Problem from Past firmware  Updates from Samsung ! Wait for Proper Bug Solving Update from Samsung !


Till Then Follow Below Steps 

1) Turn ON Reduce Animation Option 

2) Uninstall/Disable Unwanted Apps ( Briefing, S Internet, Google Play Music, Google TV and Movies, One Drive, SmartThings, Wearables, Unused Good Lock Modules ....) 

3) Disable Game Launcher 

4) Turn off Auto Brightness 

5) Use Google Apps in Default Factory Versions

6) Clear Memory in Device Care twice an hour

7) Disable Auto Sync (Turn On When Needed)

8)Use Device in Medium Power Saving Mode 

9) Mobile Data and Battery Restrictions for all apps by Click App Info ( Long Press An App) (MUST)

10) Put All Apps In Sleeping Mode

11) Clear Recent Apps


Just Make Sure that don't rush More apps while Using Mobile !
