Freeze and restart problem in M30S

My M30s phone is frequently freezing and restarting from the past two days. It's very irritating. What's the possible solution for it? Is anyone facing this issue?

try to clean your storage space. is there any particular app freeze or not working properly if yes then go to app info , clean cache and forced stop the app. turn on safe mode in your device. to turn it on, hold power key while power option appears, then hold the power off button. after that you can see a green tick on the screen, click on it and your device restarts. that's all, now the safe mode active on your phone. check that the problem still happens or not. to turn it off, restart your device. some of downloaded apps are not worked in safe mode. I hope your problem will resolved.

I tried the phone in safe mode but the problem still exists so i guess it's not because of a particular app . Also my storage is not that full. I also tried clearing cache but the problem is not going.

i suggest you go to service center and reinstall software after may sloved your problem

i am also using m30s i also face this problem but i resolve this after restarting my phone.hope this help you .please mark this as solution if you get some help.

whenever your phone restart just after that open memory app, then you will get an error report auto generated on home page send that report and before send take screen shot and also send that screen shot to Samsung care as feedback.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have sent the error log to the samsung care but haven't got any reply from them . I forgot to take the screenshot of it. Next time I'll also send the screenshot along with it.
