Finger print sensor is not working on my M30s device suddenly. It was working fine and all of a sudden when i unlocked my device it is showing "Fingerprint sensor is not responding". It worked for sometime and stopped working and then when i started my mobile it worked for few minutes. Now it is not working.

Tried restarting, cleared cache partition, Cleared security app data, restarted to safe mode and tested, pressed *#0*# and did finger print test. It shows "Cannot found Data log!!"

Software updated done on June. No recent updates. Is there any m30s users facing same issue?

I went to service center, they are saying that there is some water logging in charging port so the fingerprint sensor is not working properly and they are asking 1500Rs to replace the charging port. But I dont have any other issues. I'm not sure how they are saying water logged. Can anyone help?
