In many Android phones from Android 13 there is a dedicated Network Tab setting to turn on or off mobile data or wifi or both for selected application even in settings data usage page too. That is not available in Samsung Mobiles. In routines and modes application, there is no Private DNS options when app is launched then it should on or off etc.. also same app is not working app lock or screen lock when app is launched ( Posted a Bug report earlier but no reply from the team they were just asking to submit recordings and screenshots although no fix or response from them) And native App lock app as SSecure worked in early Android 10 Mobile Phones which are removed and Promoting secure folder where it won't work as same as App Lock.
Hoping Samsung developers might Look into this post, and seen soon in feature updates.
