Request: Add Lock/Unlock Feature in Find My Mobile

Hello Samsung Team,

I would like to request an important addition to Find My Mobile — a Lock/Unlock feature.

Currently, Find My Mobile allows us to locate, ring, erase data, and secure our device, but it does not provide the flexibility to remotely lock or unlock the phone with just a tap. Adding this feature will:

• Enhance security if the phone is lost or misplaced.

• Provide convenience for users who accidentally lock their devices.

• Improve the overall control and reliability of Find My Mobile.

This small update can make a big difference in giving Samsung users more peace of mind and smarter control over their devices.

You need to set a PIN to lock which you can use to unlock or you can do the same using the find my phone portal

Old method is simple and easy-to-use

What long process !! You just need to select the option to turn on or off the lost mode ;that's it...
