Fast charging now working at all

This phone has been showing that it is fast charging at 15 W . But actually the charging speed never exceeds 5 W, the notification shows 1 hr some minutes to charge , but in reality it takes 4 hrs to charge completely 

Always has heating issues. Temperature is never below 45°C

I am fed up with this brand 

I have been to the service center for replacement of the charging port but still the same issue .

I do facing same problem
True many Samsung phones facing the same issues but Samsung doesn't looking into the issue 😔😡😡
