Please perform the following step to resolve charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
3- Check the availability of fast charging option (Settings>>device care>>Battery>>top 3 corner dots>>advance>>Fast charging)
4- Perform the reset settings (Settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings)
