Dear Samsung team,

Pls help to resolve this issue, after software update my Samsung M30 fast charging not working. I've tried changing charger and data cable, but still it's not working

We have one option of Charging what is fast charging

Hi there,

Please perform the following step to resolve charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

3- Check the availability of fast charging option (Settings>>device care>>Battery>>top 3 corner dots>>advance>>Fast charging)

4- Perform the reset settings (Settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings)
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
