Facing screen flickering issue on galaxy M51

After last update facing screen flickering issue in Samsung M51 at low brightness. It is bug in software many of users are facing this issue as many of the users posted their issues on various  social media platforms. After communication with Samsung customer care executive and a software development engineer I came to know that Samsung haven't taken any feedback from it's customer about the same issue as they were saying that they haven't got any complaints about this issue. I think Samsung need to look into this matter deeply. If lot of customers are facing the same issue then it is Samsung's responsibility to take action against this and fix this bug with next update ASAP.

Hello @Samsung how come this can be a hardware issue globally for all users with the same issue at the same time? Need some consideration to fix this issue. This issue had happened after the last android security patch update. I am having this issue as soon as my phone gets updated and booted up , I am experiencing screen flickering and discoloration. Need some responsible action from SAMSUNG SIDE FOR SAMSUNG USERS. Recently one plus users had the same issue and ONEPLUS had replaced the screen for free for all the users having this issue even if they are at out of warranty

I am too facing the same issue in my Samsung m51 phone. It shows discoloration and flickering of screen frequently. I saw so many people commenting this same issue in their m51 models. I request the Samsung team to please look into the issue as it's been commented by a lot of people who are trusting this Samsung smartphone brand.
And could you ease take action on this asap to fix this in the next update.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

To resolve the screen flicker issue follow the below steps :
1: Adjust the Display brightness, follow the below step
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Display.
Step3: Adjust the brightness.

If the issue still persists then Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

If the issue still not resolved then Update device software (If available )

Setting >> Software update >> Check for Software update >> Download if available.

If the issue still not resolve then reset the phone. ( Please make sure you have back up of your important files in Samsung cloud before resetting the device)

Backup and Factory Data reset
Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or Smart Switch PC Suite and reset the device through below steps:-

Setting > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset OR Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
Note:- Kindly remove Google account configured in the device before resetting through below steps:-
Settings > Accounts > Google > Tap on account > Click on more option at top right corner > Tap on Remove Account OR Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Accounts > Google > Clock on three dots in top right corner of screen > Remove Account.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

You are failed Samsung you are just gone now millions of people facing color fading and flickering issues still you are not taken serious action on this ...now the customer will take action against you definitely ...we are switching from Samsung to other brand goodbye cheap Samsung

Samsung have gone from bad to worse... the issue was with your security patch. You haven't done anything yet. Its been more than 6 months. The only solution is to get your screen replaced or ditch the device... #boycottsamsung only thing thay matters now 😆
