Face unlock not working.

Hi members,

I want to enabled Face unlock in my M52. I've added my facial data but the radio button is disabled. Please help me to enable Face unlock.

Step 1: Swipe up and open the app drawer menu.

Step 2: Find the Settings app with a gear icon and tap on it.

Step 3: From Settings, go to Biometrics and security.

Step 4: Tap on Face recognition and your phone will ask for PIN or pattern authentication.

I need a fix for this.
Just to be clear, there's an option to add alternative face means there's something already added.
