FACING NETWORK ISSUE WITH JIO SIM IN SAMSUNG M31

I am using Jio sim in Samsung M31. From past 1 month I am facing network issue like NO INTERNET CONNECTION after browsing a while.  I have to turn off data and re-connect it to use internet some time I have to turn ON Airplane mode OR RESTART to re-connect to Internet. 

I think this issue come after last update.

IF ANYONE FACING SAME PROBLEM PLEASE COME FORWARD OR

IF ANYONE HAVE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!

NOTE : I ALREADY REPLACED MY JIO SIM, FORMATTED MY PHONE, ALL SOFTWARE ARE UP-TO-DATE

im facing exact the same problem with samsung galaxy m31...i request samsung to resolve this network issue

I am also facing the same problem with Airtel sim. I have done everything but problem still not solved. Very much disappointed with this phone.

I am facing the same problem with jio and airtel ... Tried everything reset.. and visited service center and updated it too but no improvement and then I opt to airtel ' 2g ' Actually samsungm31 in not dual volte it
