EMI PAYMENT ISSUE

I have purchased Samsung m31s on EMI, my emi id: - DMI0008906367, my emi payment date is 5th of per month, I paid on 5th December 9.45am, emi amount from my account was debited 1367 ₹ But still the Samsung finance plus app was showing payment initiated instead of successful payment, I also called in sumsung finance care that day, they told me that if you have paid emi today and if emi amount is debit from your account. You have nothing to worry about, your payment status will be updated till today or tomorrow, my payment status was successfully updated on 7th December, now showing me a penalty charge of 295 ₹, which is next 5th of month ko 1662 ₹ is added to my 1367 ₹, sir. When I have paid 5th of month 9.45am on EMI right date, then I am showing a penalty charge of 295 ₹, I paid 5th December 9.45am emi amount 1367 ₹ has paid, you can see my screenshot.

I have paid two months emi together still its showing one month left ....

It happened to me also every month it's auto debited from my bank account so I didn't care ...the next I got a msg that I haven't paid due amount and have to pay along with fine of rs.472/- so I paid through both after payment also it still showing I have to pay late fine I have tried contacting through mails n contact no.no reply no response it's almost about to be time for payment for December....sometimes they auto debit double amount from my account...

My emi date end date is tomorrow, I have initiated my emi amount and my account has been debited also for emi , but when I checked the due date it's still showing emi amount is due on tomorrow ... What is the reslason
