Dual Whatsapp App Error Regarding Format not Supported for PDF and Image

All problem start after latest update Android 11 ( one UI core Version 3.1)

I am unable to open PDF files on whatsapp (Samsung dual messanger Whatsapp). It shows error " This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filw name shorter". Also i am unable to send photo using whatsapp jn built camera. It shows error " This file format is not supported." Same Pdf file open in main whatsapp but it can't open in whatsapp which i use as dual messenger.

The same pdf open in my main whatsapp, but not opening in dual messenger whatsapp app. 

Please Help.

I faced the same problem. It seems you will have to reflash your firmware again via ODIN. It worked for me tho.

The same problem happened to me. I tried to connect to Samsung care. They gave me some worst idea to reset the phone. I didn't do that because I don't want to lose all my data and after backing up then create the all those things will take lot more time. Then they told to contact WhatsApp. I sent an email regarding this but they told this is not the issue from WhatsApp.. when there was no hope I just exchange my normal WhatsApp and dual WhatsApp. After that surprisingly I can open the pdf easily until now. Don't know the reason though but this worked for me.

I was also told the same by samsung help center. But i dnt think this problem is from whatsapp. It occured when software is updated recently.

Has anyone found any solution?

I haven't updated to Android 11 yet. I'm still using Android 10 UI 2.0. Still i faced the same issue. Even the total WhatsApp folder is missing. Issue not resolved.
