Dual Whatsapp App Error Regarding Format not Supported for PDF and Image

All problem start after latest update Android 11 ( one UI core Version 3.1)

I am unable to open PDF files on whatsapp (Samsung dual messanger Whatsapp). It shows error " This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filw name shorter". Also i am unable to send photo using whatsapp jn built camera. It shows error " This file format is not supported." Same Pdf file open in main whatsapp but it can't open in whatsapp which i use as dual messenger.

The same pdf open in my main whatsapp, but not opening in dual messenger whatsapp app.

Yes, everyone will face the same issue with whatsapp dual messenger. This is because of the recent policy changes implemented Samsung and Google. There isn't exactly any solution.
But to eliminate your problem, do the following steps:
1. Open your cloned whatsapp account->settings->chats->chat backup.
Backup all your messages, photos, videos, docs on your device and your google drive.
Ensure that you remember the credentials of your google account that you're using as backup.
2. Next,open play store and download whatsapp business. Install, add your phone number, verify your otp. You will get a prompt asking whether you want to restore your content from backup. Select your google account and all your content will be restored on your account after sometime.
3. Lastly, go to settings and disable the option of dual messenger.

Strange, I did these steps in 3 samsung phones and it works.
Anyways, what is your exact problem? Media isn't showing in the gallery or pdf files aren't opening?!

Have same problem and it's not only media not opening, but when taking picture for business and stuff on cloned app doesn't appear to be display

Did u try installing whatsapp business?
I guess it will work because the above method is mostly successful in eliminating the problems.

any resolution?? when we forward in same whatsapp media gets forwarded when we share in primary whatsapp it says format not supported

Same problem in A51 and I contacted Samsung and they didn’t solve the issue!!!

Try clear app data and connect to main but make sure the secondary app have back up, once th main and second clear try sign-in the second account on main app
