Dual WhatsApp media files not showing in Gallery

I m using M30 device and from last few days I am unable to view Dual WhatsApp Media files (Images/Video/Others) in phone Gallery. 

Checked below path in My Files but no WhatsApp folder. Earlier it was found at this path.
Internal storage -> DualApp 

Please help.

Check notice section. Samsung already released a info about this. Hope we will get update soon.

Where is this Notice section?

By the way I also have a response I got from the Samsung Australia R1 community mods where I had mentioned the WhatsApp Issue as well in the post. Looks like Samsung has a fix on the way.

Till when...afraid of data loss..can't even bkup as the dual app folder is also not showing any data in file manager
