Galaxy MMake sure that autorestart is off
Steps are-
1) open settings
2) click on device care
3) click on advanced option
4) click on auto restart (make sure it is off)

Galaxy MStteings > device care > advance option > autorestart . You should check its enable or not

Galaxy MAnyway if it is too often and too much problem, then you can theoretically downgrade to previous fw using pc. Here is some article how to do it:

But you shall backup all your data bafore... And it is better if you do everything right, otherwise you may end up in trouble (for example if you upload fw for different phone type then you get yourself into troubles)
