It maybe a software update issue. If it is a software update issue dnt wrry in some days Samsung will push another software update in which it will be fixed.
Make sure that autorestart is off
Steps are-
1) open settings
2) click on device care
3) click on advanced option
4) click on auto restart (make sure it is off)

If the phone is freezing and restarting the advaice is "don't worry", really????! Maybe there is some setting or app to uninstall or some other quick fix that, can be done right away. Maybe you are right that our only hope is to wait for samsung to release the not **bleep** up fw. But then the wording would not be "don't worry" - but "our only hope"... Also I do not know if it is possible but can we do update (or rather downgrade) back to previous fw? (actually yes google says downgrade is an option I shared link under original post)

I wonder is it happening regularly? And only once a day or how many times a day?

Anyway if it is too often and too much problem, then you can theoretically downgrade to previous fw using pc. Here is some article how to do it:

https://www.progeeksblog.com/downgrade-firmware-samsung-galaxy/

But you shall backup all your data bafore... And it is better if you do everything right, otherwise you may end up in trouble (for example if you upload fw for different phone type then you get yourself into troubles)

Now it is not getting restarted automatically. Only for 2 days this happened.
Thank God!
