Dolby Atmos App for M21 just like Lenovo models

I wanted to contact Samsung to tell u about the Dolby Atmos on my M21. What disappoints me is that there is no inbuilt Dolby App like the Lenovo phones have. The Dolby App has way more sound features for an enhanced experience of listening to media. It has spatial sound creating a stage like effect , it also has multiple customizable features like wave length of the music and so on.

I humbly request u to please do something about the Dolby Atmos experience on the M21. The experience is not at all good but when I used Lenovo phone the Dolby app made a big difference to my music listening experience.

Hope to see an update that we fix this problem because the Atmos on M21 feels like a gimmick. Please fix it.

As far as I know on the lenovo models the Dolby Atmos app allows for so many unique tweaks and that is really cool. These options are not there in Samsung

Yes, samsung only implemented these unique features only in their higher budget phones

This is because there is no Dolby Atmos in Samsung phones, it is old app/feature present in old Samsung phones like J series called Surround Sound effects or Sound Alive. You can check in Apps section, SoundAlive app is present instead of Dolby Atmos. Samsung is just fooling M series users. I will never buy again Samsung phones. I have purchased M21 for only better media experience but Samsung ruined it.

yes exactly. same here ! the viewing experience is great but sound was a let down. I downloaded this app called Wavelet. it has multiple tweaks and u can also choose an equalizer which replicates sound waves of earphone models. it enhanced the experience at least. But the Samsung claim of having Dolby put me off the most as I am into listening to a lot of music. That way the Lenovo models having Atmos are way better
