Aftee new update, my device's fingerprint sensor doesn't work properly. 
I have to enter PIN everytime.

try to register finger print twice with same finger

register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 1-2 times
and always clean your fingertips area as sometimes its due to moistures

Delete the registered fingerprints and register again. Do tell if that helps.

clean the fingerprint sensor and then try and when using fingerprint make sure ur finger is clean and not wet.

Please be assured and to resolve "Fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. We always recommend to use screen guards form Samsung only. If you are using any 3rd party screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone, kindly try to re-register your fingerprint after removing it by following these steps.
Disable fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
>>>Register a new fingerprint:-Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints>Continue>Set secure screen lock>Start with center..
2. Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys, pens and necklaces.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with the Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
