Does all samsung smartphones bundle Smart Things app with it?

I'm planning to go with M30s or M31 for one of my family members. Does the above-mentioned smartphones support the Samsung Smart Things app?

yup. but you have to download it from galaxy app store

No! Smart things app isn't compatible with M30s and I don't have any idea about M31

I own a M30s and yes smart things app is supported on the device. You just have to download it from the Galaxy store and not the Play Store.
