I own multiple samsung devices.
First, I got display grey/green tint issue after updating my galaxy m51 to the latest security patch. Blacks were showing as white/grey on the screen even though it's an amoled display.

Second, I updated two of my galaxy m52 to the latest security patch of may 2024, and both of them got green line issue on the display.

Contacted samsung via mail, no reply.
Contacted on call, representative is telling me to pay charges for this since these phones are out of warranty. This issue is not my fault since all three issues were due to a faulty software update causing voltage fluctuations and therefore permanent display damage. 
Please note that all three phones have no physical or water damage, not even a single scratch on the screen.

No one's as disappointed and frustrated at samsung than I am.

I'll proceed with my complain to the national consumer forum , national consumer helpline and the nodal head because it's a straight up violation of Indian consumer's rights.

Hi same problem I too faced in my M52 mobile veetical green line issue , but no response from samsung care executive's.No warranty for ur mobile, u may charge around 6999/- with Gst they said to me. Worst company samsung never buy in this company again.

The thing is that, this issue is coming even for Flagship devices. Anyways, tag Tech YouTubers and push for a free screen replacement, tagging Samsung etc, in Twitter, you should hear from them soon, do this on a regular basis, until you get it done. Worked for me.

You'll have to do the following

1. Register a complaint with National Consumer Helpline on Umang App

2. Report it to the Samsung India CEO :-

Lastly Send an email to samsung e-support regarding the issue in detail

I've received another reply to the mail I've sent.
Now, the customer care executive is asking me to visit the service center for "physical inspection" of the device, without any mention about the solution to my problem with 3 of my devices!
Almost a decade of trust on this company, and now it's hard to believe what it has come to be.

I recommend you to visit service center and get your device inspected and then the engineer from the service center would send report to samsung India then They'll act accordingly
